České centrum pro vědu a společnost, Help Service Remote Sensing (HSRS) a Wirelessinfo úspěšně implementovali digitální Atlas mapování regionálních rizik (ERRA) v oblasti ENPI (Evropský nástroj sousedství a partnerství). ERRA je interoperabilní open source řešení v souladu s INSPIRE a OGC principů a norem. Mapování do Atlasu se provádí na Ukrajině, v Bělorusku, Moldavsku, Gruzii, Arménii a Ázerbájdžánu v rámci EU, financovaného programem pro prevenci, připravenost a reakce na umělé i přírodní katastrofy v ENPI východ (European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument – PPRD východ). Analýza existujících politik posuzující nebezpečí / rizik a rozvoj regionální politiky , včetně hodnocení rizik byla dokončena v červnu 2012 v souladu s technickou dokumentací pracovního dokumentu ………více zde : hodnocení rizik Na jeho základě byly vyvinuty pro každý typ nebezpečí metodiky pro mapování rizikových katastrof např. záplavy, požáry, zemětřesení, sesuvy půdy a průmyslová rizika. Analýza stávajících map, databází a technologických možností pro koncepční návrh byla uzavřena v únoru 2013 dle technického Reportu 2 „Podrobný design regionálních rizik pro životní prostředí Atlas“. .. více zde technické reporty

PROGRAMME PROFILE Overall objective: To contribute to the peace, stability, security and prosperity of the Eastern Partner Countries and to protect the environment, the population, the cultural heritage, the resources and the infrastructures of the region by strengthening the Partner Countries’ resilience, prevention, preparedness and response to man-made and disasters caused by natural hazards. Purpose: •To contribute to the development of the Partner Countries‘ civil protection capacities for disaster prevention, preparedness and response through regional cooperation. •To bring the Partner Countries progressively closer to the EU Civil Protection Mechanism and improve their bilateral and regional cooperation.
Key partners: Civil Protection/Disaster Management authorities of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine
Other stakeholders: State institutions involved in civil protection and disaster management, national and international NGOs, mass media, academic community, wide public.
